Supersymmetric gauge theories of certain class possess a large hidden nonperturbative symmetry described by the Ding-Iohara-Miki (DIM) algebra which can be used to compute their partition functions and correlators very efficiently. We lift DIM-algebraic approach developed study holomorphic blocks 3d linear quiver one dimension higher. employ an algebraic construction in underlying trigonometric DIM is elliptically deformed, alternative geometric motivated topological string theory. demonstrate equivalence these two methods, this, prove that elliptic isomorphic direct sum additional Heisenberg algebra.
